Music Direction
Since 2016, Dion has directed music for several theaters across North Carolina, showcasing a variety of different genres and styles, ranging from traditional musical theatre to punk rock. As a multi-instrumentalist, he is a valuable resource not just for the performers he works with but also the musicians.

Arrangements
Dion's expertise with music lies in helping others find the fullest potential of their material. He collaborates with composers and writers to take their music from a rough draft to a full stage ready arrangement.
He has created arrangements for full ensembles, solo piano, 3-4 piece bands, and specializes in vocal arrangements.

Audition Cuts
Having worked as a music director and as a professional actor for the past 5 years, Dion is well versed in what it takes to audition and present the best version of yourself. He has worked as an actor all across North Carolina, Pennsylvania and currently works as a full-time performer in Branson, MO.
One of the most intimidating parts of auditioning is often meeting with the accompanist for the first time, especially if you don’t have any musical experience or vocabulary to communicate what you need from them. Dion can help coach you through what the best approach is to make interaction positive, communicate effectively, and set you and your accompanist up for success!

Audio Production
Dion is also an audio producer, capable of writing, arranging, recording, and mixing digital audio tracks for auditions and professional distribution. He was the lead audio producer for Ceramic Goose's Treasure Island: The Musical released in 2019, and is releasing a musical theatre solo album performed, recorded, mixed and mastered by himself(with a little help from some friends) in 2024. He has worked closely with audio designers in both the theatre setting and church setting to achieve the best overall sound experience for the audience.
